Mr Tim Fairfax AM

Mr Timothy Fairfax AM is a businessman, philanthropist and pastoralist. He is Director of the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation, the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal, Trustee of the Queensland Art Gallery and President of the Queensland Art Gallery Foundation, Chairman of Tim Fairfax Family Foundation, the National Portrait Gallery, Salvation Army Brisbane Advisory Board, University of the Sunshine Coast Foundation and Deputy Chancellor, University of the Sunshine Coast.

Tim is also Patron of AMA Queensland Foundation, Member of Philanthropy Australia Council and Councillor Royal National Association Qld.

Tim's business interests include being a director or Cambooya Pty Ltd, Building Solutions Pty Ltd and Principal of T.V. Fairfax Pastoral, Strathbogie Pastoral Company and JH Fairfax & Son; which operate ten rural properties in Queensland and NSW involving beef cattle, fine wool and grain.
