Education Grants
The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal offers a small number of targeted education programs to assist in making quality education accessible to children in rural and remote communities. Projects and activities that promote education or assist in the delivery of an education program are considered within specific funding rounds through an application process. Rural Early Childhood Education Program (REACH):
The Rural Early Childhood Education Program provides funding for groups such as community based kindergartens and preschools, not for profit long day or occasional care centres, playgroups, neighbourhood houses and toy libraries. [More]
Rural Education Program (REP):
Led by private donors, this program funds education projects, addressing disadvantage. [More]
Back to School Program:
This program delivers vouchers, mainly through Community Foundations, to help families meet school costs such as uniforms, books, shoes etc. [More]
