The information that is physically collected is stored in a secure office environment. The electronic information is secured from unauthorised access by the implementation of username and password procedures and each account is allocated access to authorised areas of the File Server.

The Foundation File Server also undergoes daily back up tape procedures to protect against the possibility of data loss and both the File Server and workstations operate anti virus software. The administration area of the Foundation website is protected against unauthorised access by the allocation of username and password procedures.

Access to Personal Information

Where the Foundation holds personal information about you, unless it is considered unreasonable, it will provide you with access to that information on request.
