Grants for the Goulburn Valley District, Victoria

GUIDELINES

FRRR is funding charitable projects within the Goulburn Valley District, Victoria. In keeping with the wishes of Lady McEwen, organisations which have Deductible Gift Recipient Status (DGR) are eligible to apply for grants of up to $15,000.

Preference is given to:

• Junior Legacy;
• Hospitals;
• Charities; and
• Accommodation which benefits older people.

What can be funded?

• Projects and activities that offer clear benefit for rural communities in Victoria, that contribute to their development in social and community welfare, economic, environmental, health, education or cultural areas, and are for a charitable purpose.
• Applications from communities within the Goulburn Valley District, Victoria. Refer attached list of towns.
• Grants will be made in amounts of up to $15,000.
• Organisations should have an ABN.
• Applications must be from DGR endorsed organisations.

How to apply:

Applications can be made to FRRR by post only and need to be posted no later than closing date of 9 July 2010.
