Grants for Resilience & Wellness (GR&W)
The Grants for Resilience & Wellness (GR&W) program helps communities affected by the 2009 Victorian bushfires to undertake community strengthening and resilience-building projects.
This program will run until funds are expended, recognising that it takes time for communities to recover from such natural events and that individuals and communities recover in different ways. It also acknowledges that an important part of community recovery is having opportunities to connect, share experiences, enhance individual and community wellbeing and resilience, and to build strength and capacity for the future.
GR&W Round 13 is now closed.
Before applying, please read the Guidelines carefully (which you will find here when the program opens) and speak to the Grant Coordinator. Please note, no specific tax status is required.
FRRR is currently transitioning to an online grants administration system. Applications for Round 13 of Grants for Resilience & Wellness (GR&W) will be submitted via FRRR's Grants Gateway online portal.
Please download and save the How-To Guide and the Grants Gateway FAQs to your desktop, and read through them thoroughly to help get you started. You may need to refer to them during the application process. We also encourage you to watch this introductory clip about the 'Activity Tree' (formerly referred to as the Purpose Tree), which you'll need to understand to apply.
To begin your application, click on the Apply Now button below.
PLEASE NOTE: Ensure there are only numbers in your budget, or the auto-calculate function won't work - i.e. do not include commas, full stops or dollar signs - only numbers.
